anyone recommend a CRM for a small agency

"just took on our fifth client and the spreadsheets aren't keeping up. anyone recommend a CRM for a small agency that won't cost a fortune?"

What a proper keyword tracker does

A short word catches everything and half of it is noise. The fix isn’t a filter you have to trust; it’s a longer, more specific phrase. So we let you write the exact question a buyer would ask, then watch the comments as well as the posts.

Match a phrase, not just a word

A keyword runs to 200 characters. Track “anyone recommend a CRM for a small agency”, not a broad word that buries you.

Every post and comment on Reddit

The “try this instead” line often sits three replies deep. We read the comments too.

Brand, rival, or buying intent

Follow your own name, a competitor’s, a product, or the phrase people type right before they choose.

Load a whole list by CSV

Add phrases one at a time, or upload a CSV and bring your whole list in at once.

A fresh check every 5 minutes

Fixed five-minute checks, so a match reaches you while the thread is still worth joining.

Sent wherever you work

Slack, Discord, email or a webhook. Full post and link to Slack and Discord, raw JSON to the webhook.

One list. Brands, rivals, the phrases people search

Track a mix at once: your own name, a competitor’s, a product category, and the long questions people ask right before they buy. Type them in, or bring the whole list by CSV if you already have one.

Track the words that feed AI answers

The threads where people ask for a recommendation are the same threads large language models read back to you later. Track those exact questions, be in them while they’re live, and you stand a chance of being in what tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Google’s AI Overviews suggest next.

We are read-and-notify: we watch and tell you where your keyword came up, and never post or reply on Reddit for you. What you do with the thread is yours to decide.

Keyword tracking questions, answered straight

Are keywords case-sensitive?

No. Matching ignores case, so “CRM”, “crm” and “Crm” all count as the same keyword. You write it whichever way you like, and every casing of it will trigger an alert.

Can I track a whole phrase, not just one word?

Yes, and that is rather the point. A keyword can be up to 200 characters, so you can follow a specific phrase like “looking for a project management tool for freelancers” instead of one broad word.

How many keywords can I track?

Fifteen on the $19 plan, seventy-five on the $49 plan and two hundred and fifty on the $149 plan. Every other feature is identical across all three, so you only ever pay for how many phrases you follow.

What is the difference between an exact and a broad match?

We look for the words you enter, wherever they turn up in a post or comment. A short word matches loosely and pulls in a lot; a longer, specific phrase matches tightly, which is how you keep the noise down. We don’t clean or rewrite your keyword for you.

Does it track Reddit posts or comments?

Both, right across Reddit. A good number of recommendations arrive as a reply rather than the opening post, so watching only the original would leave most of them unseen.

Can I import a list of keywords at once?

Yes. Add them one by one, or upload a CSV to bring a long list in at once. It saves a lot of typing when you are tracking a batch of product names, competitors or search phrases together.

How much does the keyword tracker cost?

It starts at $19 a month for fifteen keywords, and every plan carries all four delivery channels. There is a 7-day free trial with no card, so you can load your phrases and see what turns up before you pay.
