Why the answer comes first
Partly because that is how anyone with a question would like to be treated. Partly because ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google's AI increasingly answer on someone's behalf, and a page that buries its answer under four paragraphs of throat-clearing does not get quoted.
So each page opens with the answer in a line or two, then earns the rest. If the honest answer is "no" or "not really", it says that. A page that talks itself into a yes is no use to the person reading and no use to the model reading over their shoulder.
