What counts as a keyword?
A word or phrase you want to hear about, up to 200 characters. That could be your brand, a competitor, a product name, or a phrase like “looking for a tool”. Each one you track counts as one against your plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down whenever you like and it takes effect straight away. If you drop to a smaller plan, you just trim your keyword list to fit.
Is there a free trial?
7 days, no card. Point it at a keyword, watch what lands in your channel, then decide. Cancel before day seven and you pay nothing.
What if I hit my keyword limit?
Remove one keyword to add another, or move up a plan. We never charge you surprise overage fees for going over.
Do you charge per seat?
No. You pay for keywords tracked, not people. Invite whoever needs to see the alerts and pipe them into a shared Slack or Discord channel at no extra cost.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet. Monthly only for now, in USD through Stripe. We may add an annual option later once we have a few more customers to ask.
Do you offer refunds?
The trial is there so you try before you pay a penny, and you can cancel anytime. If something goes wrong on a paid month, get in touch and we will sort it out.
Is subding a scraper or an auto-poster?
No. subding reads and notifies. You add a phrase, we keep an eye on Reddit for it, and you get a ping when it turns up. Nothing is ever posted, replied to or messaged in your name.
